By booking an appointment, you confirm that the details provided are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you consent to the clinic recording your visit details, vitals, diagnosis and prescription for the purpose of providing care and maintaining your medical record.

Appointment slots are held on a first-confirmed basis. Please arrive on time — the queue moves in token order and delays may affect your position. Cancelled appointments free the slot for other patients and cannot be un-cancelled.

If you opt in to WhatsApp notifications, the clinic will use your number solely to send booking confirmations, token/queue alerts, prescription-availability notices and follow-up reminders.

Tracking your appointment requires both your mobile number and the appointment reference issued at booking. Please keep this reference private.
