Uniums Clinic collects only the information required to schedule and deliver your care: your name, contact number, date of birth/age, gender, reason for visit, and — with your consent — your consultation history and prescriptions.

Your mobile number is used to identify your appointments and to send booking confirmations, token alerts and follow-up reminders over WhatsApp, only if you opt in.

Medical records, prescriptions and reports are never shown based on your mobile number alone. Viewing clinical information requires additional verification. Reception and doctor accounts can only access records for patients at this clinic, and every access to sensitive records is logged.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, other than the service providers necessary to operate the clinic (e.g. secure document storage and our WhatsApp messaging provider), each bound to protect your data.
